Kitchen Program

Oysters discarded by restaurants are collected as part of the NJDEP's shell disposal program. VFDs are installed on large electric motors to adjust the speed as needed and not run at 100% all the time, thus reducing power consumption.

We work closely with Clean Earth contractors to ensure all electronic waste (batteries, corrosive chemicals, paints, fluorescent lights, aerosols) is properly separated and disposed of without the potential for harmful contaminants in landfills.
