287-I: Seven mobile sports rates are permitted. The Commission and its agents have the right to instruct sportsbooks to offer first, second and third value sports rates through mobile devices or online enabled mobile sports platforms. With respect to mobile sports betting, the Commission, alone or through its agents, is obligated to ensure:
