Pandemic Art Story
Written by Melissa Pang
In January 2020, I made a goal for Christmas: to spend more time alone. Over the last few years, I have been able to slowly rediscover my creative side. I have been part of the #onephillyart initiative and have pursued small and big projects, from placing them in the windows of my two-bedroom living space in the basement to painting a mural in the backyard of the pandemic house I purchased a while ago. In addition to the #onephillyart initiative, I have also lined up two picture books for family and friends, a ton of handmade birthday cards, wreaths, decorated coasters and earrings, nail art, crafts for Christmas decorations, food art, and fashion.
One of my favorite projects was to create over 60 Christmas ornaments by December 2020, with various champagne corks, artificial flowers, and squiggly eye backdrops. The best part about developing them is that I can hand them out to friends around town. This was before I was vaccinated, and with the cold temperatures, it was not easy to feel motivated to leave the house, but this view gave me an excuse to take a walk and see friends, even if only for a few minutes. The joy of spreading the fun on the porch, masked, and greasy! I also managed to combine two of my good intentions into one by creating food art, such as bunnies for brunch, kebab chalets and cheese boards in the shape of skeletons, which still lightened things up a bit for one. When things got better and we were able to celebrate my niece's birthday, we made her a cake in the shape of The Very Hungry Caterpillar.
Like you, many of my friends and relatives gave birth during pandemic. Another creative project was to draw picture book illustrations as a special gift. I thought about the story "Baby J's Quest for the Best Shrimp in the World" over a few hours at ZOOM, and then drew a picture over hours. I passed the page to another person and painted it, scan it and made a picture book on the website. Last year, my sister and I made a book called French and English Alphabet, where all French and English words are all about the same letters for niece growing up in bilinguals.
Probably my biggest project is to handle the smallest canvas called nails. I have been nail art as a hobby since high school, but pandemic nails have been the most artistic and detailed. I like to reflect what's happening in the world in nail art, so I made a nail of coronavirus in the early pandemic and a vaccine one year later. Meanwhile, there were gritty nails, wedding nails, and new house nails. Currently, I work in various places in Philadelphia and have just visited the Italian market.
From a small canvas to a larger canvas, my biggest project was a mural of my new home. I first sketched, bought a paint for the outer wall, and drew it over a few days with the help of my sister. I sometimes drew while listening to music until late at night. Now it's a lot of fun to sit here, have lunch, or chat with friends.
Art was a wonderful way for me to deal with anxiety and process terrible events that occurred in the past few years. You can stop and concentrate on something without being distracted. It's a trigger for a conversation, and it's something you can do for yourself, not anyone else. "
Drexel Urban Glowers (DUG) is a student / community organization that cultivates and supplies organic agricultural products in the Manchu community, receiving horticultural education, buying a community and partnership, nutritional education and aqua ponix (aquatic plant) They provide people with the opportunity to develop projects on the use of fish to give fertilizer to give fertilizers. ), We are developing a project on barmical (growing earthworms and growing plants).
Drexel Urban Growers and the COVID-19 Pandemic
Written by Madi Rockett
In August 2020, DUG restarted, and in March 2021 we started construction in the garden for the first time. As the COVID-19 is very popular, it is a challenge to grow our community, and I am grateful to many dedicated people working in the garden. With the CDC and the Drexel University's Covid guidelines, only 10 people could enter the garden at a time, and outside the garden could only meet in virtual for meetings and presentations. From March to November, we set up a garden maintenance day every other Saturday, volunteered to wear a mask and work with individual ra y-do beds while sharing the garden space. This was a particularly difficult encounter because the encounter with new people and interacting with neighboring residents were one of the biggest benefits of our activities. We used Discord to convey the latest information on events and gardens to the members, and ultimately began using them as a platform for organizing various committees. Despite the difficulties, we have cultivated 976 pounds of organic agricultural products, donating almost all of them to the Manchua people to the Paulton Community Refrigerator.
The transition from Pandemic was exciting for our team, and changing how to work and each other was very fun (and difficult). We invited more people to space, communicated with people who collect food, and held a more creative and large event than ever. We are always growing as an organization, and we can't wait to find a way to support local communities, food justice, and food. "
October Tarot Card: A goddess of justice in Libra. This card is straight. It is stated that if you want to be damaged or want to pursue someone's actions, you will seek justice. If you are facing a trial, this card means gaining fair results.
Justice
Written by Nora Trejos Illustrated by Ginny Robison
The "justice" card also means "karma", that is, "what happens". You will eventually face the results of your actions, but it's up to you to come out or get bad. Karma is not always negative. If you sow the seeds of love and compassion, the same feelings will return to yourself and grow. If you (intentionally or unconscious) hurt your life, your life will make you make mistakes.
The list of loyalty purposes can satisfy the truth. However, everyone does not do this black and white every time, like hunting, and it may be a large amount of truth in any story. Make sure you are ready to listen to many aspects of the situation and do not attend any personal bias. Don't assert your opinion until you learn all the precedents calmly.
Regarding the future, the "justice" card urges you to consider the results of the conclusion you are currently recruiting. Stare at the options without closing your mind and be honest with yourself what each path brings you. Be careful not to be a realist about what the results will actually happen, as much as drawing your ambitions romanticly. Look at your intuition, but look at your ambitions in light of reality. Is it really what you want, or will you arrange your life better?
It's not easy to find a way to restore when your trust is broken and someone is hurt in your own relationships. The "justice" cards are released to you and the universe balances the balance. Independent revenge has the ability to propose a pleasant option, but may bring you a negative karma. Let the universe worry about those who have painful you, and believe that they will actually have an obligation to live someday.
We live in an insight into a society. In fact, it is not easy to believe loyalty in Japan, which has so many oppressive systems. You cannot correct the incorrectness. However, the "justice" card allocates the power to fight a stronger world. If you protect justice and try for centuries for centuries, this card is for you. To do so, keep making a job to achieve the truth and honesty.

In November, we will handle a "extinction" card that is assigned to the Scorpio symbol. However, this card is feared because of the shape and appearance of the string, and is not forced to be considered an unpleasant card. She occasionally means physiological destruction. Above all, it often means destruction of prolonged "I" to empty space for fresh things. Let's analyze what kind of qualities we have and what new goals are going through this year's fortunes and problems.
Death
Written by Nora Trejos Illustrated by Ginny Robison
The Death card brings about significant changes in your life. The first step - releasing outdated templates of thinking and behavior to free up space for the kind of things you need to unlearn for yourself. You are likely to experience inner resistance because they have been doing everything the old way for so long, which means, at this point, you are likely to actually, for example, grieve the old deeds, friendships, attachments, hobbies, work, etc. for yourself. Only then can you actually accept what remains and extend the revival that the Destruction card promises.
When it comes to love, the Destruction card means putting a lid on the relationship. This could be the end of a step and a transition to the best version of the relationship. It will take time and effort to forcefully move on what is outdated with new boundaries and expectations, but if both parties are ready to change, you can grow together. You have a choice: accept the call and change your business, or move away from the elementary things. If your friends and associates are unwilling to change, you will likely have to distance yourself from them too.
When talking about money, Destruction has the ability to bring about huge resource costs. This will trigger a stage where you will need to learn to direct your own duration and resources to maximize profits and avoid burnout. Don't waste time sipping spilled milk. When funds are gone, funds will come. You will recover from these losses and learn to ignore them in the future.
In general, destruction inspires good announcements in all areas of your life, but in recovery, by actually leaving something behind, something else will come. Then doors that were closed will open. The secret lies in your openness to adaptation and new energy.

Two Years In: A COVID-19 Story
Written and Illustrated by Paul Aulridge
I tried to stop others from letting everything rot. I was called stupid, racist, and nuisance.
And the universe slowed down.
Some of the people who had been giggling and booing suddenly became a little quieter. Packed wards, refrigerated trucks where bodies are kept because there is no space in the morgue, thousands of people saying goodbye to life only through rectangles of glass and light while organs are switched off, seeing the reality of these disasters, but meeting others who are not swayed by the advice. Some gave up, but the majority did not.
I waited in line at the Lyra Chorus Center for 13 hours, waiting for the vaccine. I stood there in the pouring rain and snow and freezing cold. I will not be one of them. I cannot be one of them and freeze. If I had the chance, I would have stood there all day. And for a while, I felt protected.
In May 2022, I finally got COVID-19. Ignoring all the warnings, ignoring all the precautions, ignoring the double dose and double fastening, I took it. My roommate got one pill and gave it to me. I passed the test, I was feeling great, and I hoped everything would be fine.
Nothing is more terrifying and unsettling than those few minutes of silence while waiting for the results.
Lubricate. Swirl. Dip. Four drops into the little plastic hole, and wait. Read after 15 minutes. Don't read after 20 minutes.
And after 15 minutes, I looked. The control line was pink, and below it was the test line. Fuzzy, almost invisible, but there it was. I felt like I was on a boat in a stormy sea. I took a long breath, a weak exhale, and cursed as hard as I could.
I knew I was academically safe. I knew the numbers were on my side. But there, on a tiny piece of plastic, two centimeters long and two centimeters wide, was confirmation of what I'd feared for nearly two years. Two years of running from the most contagious disease. Two years of avoidance, protection, and defense. And yet, this disease overwhelmed me.
The next few days were the hardest I'd had in years. The chills, the fever, the aches in my bones, the pain like splinters in every joint. It was awful. By the fourth day, I no longer felt like garbage. By day 6, I was back to being a human. The test was still positive (this time both bars were bright purple), so I worked from home, wrote a few emails, and retired to bed. Because I work as a line cook or retailer and can’t imagine not being able to get by financially without work for a full week.
But something strange happened. The first few days were awful, but as I realized the symptoms would go away over time, I felt something else. Something I had been dreading for two years had happened, but it didn’t kill me. It made me feel bad, sure, but it didn’t kill me. All the fear, terror, anxiety I had been worrying about for so long… all of this evaporated, evaporated, and blasted away in two horizontal lines on a piece of plastic.
Until that moment, I don’t think I realized how deeply and negatively the pandemic had affected me. But now, I’ve gotten sick but not dead, and I haven’t even lost my sense of taste.
Having come out the other side of COVID unscathed makes me feel a little more normal. I still wear a mask in public and keep my distance as much as possible, but I don’t expect to get it again within the next 180 days. This is the greatest joy I've felt in a long time.
Two years. Two years of fear are destroyed by two weeks of illness, and the other side is joyful.
This is my pandemic.
In the summer heat, I tend to think that the sunlight is a matter of course. However, when the cold season comes, it will be easier to thank Nikko. Here, here are some ways to show this appreciation and consciousness by creating art works using the sun.
Creating Art with the Sun
Written by Jordan Holycross
Whiteing in the Sun
With this simple craft, you can create unique prints. All you need is a sunny day, a creative approach, and a little patience. Let's start by collecting materials:

- Choose a certain shape or plant. Registered plants and heavy things are the most suitable. We will bring your belongings to places with a large window, such as places with large windows. Once you find a suitable place, spread the drawing paper and put something on it. The corners are fixed with tape, plants, paper sheets, and light ones are heavy and weigh.
Become creative about things! Let's experiment using various shapes and sizes, and combine things to create a new shape.
Leave the paper under the sun for 3-5 hours. If you remove things from the paper, you will see that the parts that are not covered by the sun will be disclosed and the contours of the person will be revealed. You can continue this project by adding drawing, painting, and making prints of prints.
Cyanotype prints
The cyano type is one of the oldest photographic format performed since the mi d-19th century. Mix the potassium of pherocyania, ironic acid iron, and citric acid amonic acid to obtain lighting solution, and apply it to paper and tissue. In this way, you can get a photographer. The amount of light on the photo surface is called "exposure". If you leave paper and cloth under the sun, it will be "exhibited" and turn bright bluish blue. The room with a thing on a paper or cloth blocks the light, and when the color of the exhibited part changes, the shape can be seen. There are many ways to try this method, but here are some examples.

Self-compassion is Mindfulness

Sunprint paper
Many handicrafts sell paper for cyan o-type printing and "Sun Press", which first apply a mixture. This is the most suitable cyano type printing method for Young. Place the elemental on the paper for the cyano type print, cut the space of the sun, place the paper under the sun, or illuminate the paper with the sunlight. Leave 2-3 minutes until the paper is dyed light blue. Put the paper inside the house and put it in the water for 1 minute. After that, the plausible cyano type traces, like paper, are dried. If the paper is recalled, put it between the two hard books and go straight.
A mixture for cyano type
- After obtaining a mixture for cyano type, select based on the fact that you want to show traces. When printing on paper, optimistic watercolor paper is suitable. It can be printed on a white cloth like snow, for example, a T-shirt. Remember that this process is the fastest calibration and error demands. In the first stage, the proof striped paper and fragments may have the best results.
- Prepare an open room to install a truck. Make sure that direct sunlight is actually exposed to it (or the closest to direct sunlight), there is actually a even plane, and there is actually a flat weight. Decide how to place an object on a plane. Remember to apply objects with different textures, for example, apply wings or combine them to create a new shape. < SPAN> Many handicraft stores sell paper for cyanos type printing and "Sun Press", which first apply a mixture. The cyano type is considered to be one of the most strict photographic processes in the chemical process by using chemicals properly. However, these chemicals still have the potential for nervous skin and eyes. When developing a Cian o-type print, put on gloves and be careful. The introduction of aqueous concretency still has the potential of clothes, and as a result, be sure to take the following attention to protect your own clothing and surface!

The yello w-green paint of the pharmaceutical for cyanotopia begins to turn blue and blue. If you are satisfied with the exposure time, remove things and cargo and put the plane in the house. Rinse with cold water until it is colorless. To create more contrast traces, soak in a mixture of water and hydrogen peroxide.
Dry 24 hours in the air. As the contrast and the color dry, there is a chance to solidify more colorfully. The trace will not change and you can hit the sunlight.

Tarot Card of the Month: Strength

The Card of the "Heriga" is inviting himself to stimulate himself with a specific purpose. This month has the ability to freeze with the spiritual exploration period. Please allow yourself to find the answer. In nature, let's create a quiet space without using any electronic devices. Listen to how the water flows, the birds you can do, and how your heart fights. In this place, you may still be able to hear that your soul is talking. This practice is still popular as a generous silence.
To practice generous silence, put all the moment when you are distracted, such as public lines, computers, music, television (generally all screens), including conversations with others. This practice helps to eliminate the sway of intelligence and bring more clarity to the heart. Walking, reading books, writing diaries, doing handicrafts, doing something at home, and calmly playing games. Do not make at least two hours, and you will see the excellent quality of the hermit without moving to the mountains. < SPAN> The airplane begins with exposure as soon as the sunlight falls. Place the object quickly and fix the plane. Use illusion tape, lighte r-shaped, glass, etc., so that the object is uniform and stable.

What is Your Screen Time?
How to use your time more mindfully.
Written by Jennyfur Osuna
Like almost every small business owner, the pandemic has knocked me out of my rut. But there's also an upside to this: It's forced me to adapt and evolve in ways I never would have imagined. What I thought was the end of my hot plan was actually just the beginning.
Sippin 'and stitchin' began about eight years ago on my living room. My friends came and ate snacks, and I taught everyone how to sew. The worst scenario crossed his head when his friend recommended a seminar at a local Lurelemon shop. What if no one comes? What if I get tired? What if I always put something in my teeth?
- When I heard the seriousness of the pandemic (global trend) and when I didn't know when the country would be closed, I thought it was the end of Sippin and Stitchin. Fortunately, I was still working in full rotation, and at this very difficult time I had a lot of things that others did not have. However, I couldn't abandon the terrible thoughts of communicating with people and being unable to share my favorite things.
- While the precautions were removed, I held an outdoor seminar in a wide range of participants to cover all the people who started evaluating the crafts again. We've heard the expression that we are the worst critics. That's because we tend to be more stringent in our lives than others. Personally, socially, and worldwide, a lot of things are happening in our lives. It takes a few minutes, so let's have the time to be compassionate. If you are compassion for yourself, you will do your best and make it easier to show your compassion for others.

A sel f-compassion break is a short practice to prepare and accept what you are experiencing. The way is like:

Secure 3 minutes for this exercise. Find a place where you can be alone and sit down easily or sit. Close your eyes.
{I inhale my breath. }
Put your hand on your chest or abdomen and breathe several times. Imagine that every time you exhale, you will sink on the ground, feeling your chest goes up and down.

The message of the Tarot of the moon is "strength". This card tells a clear message that "you have the strength you need to overcome the situation." The image of the lion is appropriately direction and symbolizes the power used for the benefit of others. The lion is a symbol of the wisdom and power that springs out of our soul.
The "strength" card still has the character of sympathy for yourself. For example, you are as strong and compassionate. This is quite basic if you are trying to introduce an edge in human relationships. I will start a story with sympathy for others, but in this case, I will not move with my own needs. The face is covered for a healthy relationship, but it is difficult to introduce it every time.
Nevertheless, you can show sympathy for strangers or those who are not in your own communication. The person you meet can collide just because you do not doubt.

This card is still calling for his instinct. "Feeling" your senses is not a bad thing, but don't leave yourself to your emotions. Before you come to an urgent conclusion or draw anger into anger, prepare the bottom without breathing and protect peace. Protecting peace is power.
Power cards are still calling for increasing your strengths. What are your personal qualities that can help you halve success? For example, patience, elegance, influence, compassion, sympathy, kindness, and accurate communication. These are all strong aspects that can be applied to the advantages of splashes in work and in their lives. Please educate yourself better and extend the flattering characteristics you already have.

My job has always met people, work together, feel the purpose, define themselves, and provide opportunities to think about what can be provided to others. But the pandemic changed everything. He was isolated from his home, and his job seemed to be a burden that was not supported by the connection with people. So I returned to various creative pursuites to feel the purpose and connect with others. We organized a cooking group in ZOOM and shared recipes on Facebook. I started drawing again and decorated the wall of the house. Thanks to the nearby NOTHING to BUY group, I was able to let go of the unnecessary things and pick up what neighbors have let go.
When I was walking to pick up what I bought at NOTHING to BUY, I came across a picture of a neighbor's canvas on a paved road. I thought it was a pity that someone's creative efforts would be thrown away in the trash can. I took it home, but there was no place to put it because all the walls of my house were already covered. After a while, I noticed that the wall of the basement was exposed. The gallery was born.
He talked to his neighbors about the basement gallery and called for everyone to pick up and bring the work. Since then, many people have safely covered the gallery with a safe mask, and many have brought their own work and added them to the gallery collection. To make it easier to plan to visit a gallery and make it easier to grasp what is on display in the gallery, I launched an Instagram page, introduced the work, and which visits have brought. Is recorded.
I never thought that the position of a galleryman would be one of my creative businesses, but I am glad that it has become possible thanks to the pandemic journey. It may not be so.

This month, the card that controls Cancer is a tank. This is a very positive card that overcomes obstacles and gets what you want after a long struggle. But to do that, you have to know your wishes and fight for that. If you are fighting for dreams and goals, the "tank" says you will always win and keep going.
Tanks are vehicles that require direction and power to move forward. This symbolizes you this month. You are a vehicle for success, and the strength you keep going should come from the inside. It is very important to be confident in yourself this month, believing in yourself, and your strength will be overcome.
The main message of this card is to reach the destination you want, but not without any problems. The carriage warns that there may be disability or difficulties in the way. They can overcome their determination, the power of will, and discipline. It may not be easy, but if you endure the difficulties, you will eventually become stronger.
If you have problems with human relationships, Chariot encourages you to control your emotions. You and your partner need to cooperate and communicate frankly to overcome difficulties. Before you get in a conversation that is easy to get hurt, manage your own fears and anxiety.

I'm a medical technologist who loves all kinds of creative arts. For the past 15 years, I've used this talent to show my mission and work as an employee of the Philadelphia Department of Health.
The beauty of art is that it is for many at the same time. It's a way to look at social injustices and achievements, a tool of mass communication, an instrument of visual revolution, and simply a means of expressing emotions.
The Covid-19 pandemic hit testing facilities around the world. Some laboratories were recognized as non-viable, while others were recognized as the most essential, and faced the problem of keeping workers safe and producing test results during the pandemic.
Pandemic is a serious burden for the laboratory, for example, for employees. But we have been dealing with work without paying attention to all the problems, difficulties, and composition caused by the pandemic. The trend of COVID-19 revealed the need for clinical laboratory technicians.

The important thing for yourself is to concentrate on yourself. Boys in the world are deprived of this concentration by problems, public networks, and online, which affects psychologically. Turn off the phone all day and turn off the network has the potential to be very cool. It's a good idea to read a book that I wanted to read all the time, but I didn't have much time. Once an irreplaceable stage is over, you can write a diary and set a fresh shor t-term (or lon g-term) goal that you want to work on. You should be grateful for your intelligence and mental health that you were actually separated from the network.
In general, valuing yourself in the summer does not take your time and effort. In fact, remember what you do for yourself, remembering things and doing something convenient for you!
In June, a "lover" card gets off the twin galaxies. But at first glance, this is a romantic love and couple card, but this card is deeper. Overall, this is a meaningful relationship and a deeply connected and sacred card with a friend.
It is thought that one of the most important qualities in any romantic relationship, whether at home, friendly, or romantic, is sincerity. The lovers seek us to talk about their own conscientious and the truth. It may be time to confess to someone in love, tell your friends that he actually offended you, or talk to your mother and mother. Select text with mental and build love.

Another popular meaning of the "lover" card is a choice. It is highly likely that you are shining this month to accept a particular conclusion, and you do not understand which direction you should go. The "lover" card gives you a hint. Choose a more matchable option that you are, and what you actually believe. The conclusion is that you worship yourself and spread the dedication to the people around you. In your situation, which choice will be more associated?

The important job of this card is harmonica. Harmonic is a comfortable complexity of things, such as art and music, and a really good match. Can you spend peace of mind with yourself and the people around you? Now it's time to reconstruct your own social affection and worry that your matter is positive. Some of your life may make you rude and add useless stress and dramas.
After all, the beloved person is here to talk about duality. Even if you see the opposite force in our lives, we can balance and reach an important agreement for you. While you can love yourself and spend time to care for yourself, you can invest in yourself or become familiar with your friends. Balance the story requires a cautious plan, but this month's Lavaz is likely to give you a necessary power.

Can you believe that the first smartphone was released in 1992 by IBM (International Business Machine)? Please believe it. I remember that I left the house, found a volume phone in the city, got a 2 5-cent coin, put it in a gap, paid a call fee, dialed the memorable phone number, and made a phone call.
Over the years, the possibility of communication on the go has expanded, and there are now many options. For example, a popular smartphone currently used by many people.
Smartphones are blessed and cursed in the sense that many (not all) depend on smartphones in everyday life.
I am one of them. (lol).
Now, let's return to the purpose of this article.
If you want to learn how to take a photo of your smartphone yourself, rather than printing a special day or memorable dinner on a social network, please read here.
First, please read the camera and settings of your mobile phone. The camera settings and functions vary depending on the type of mobile phone to be used, so in this article, let's consider the general camera functions found in most smartphones.
At the time of shooting, you need to set the camera focus. To do this, select the shooting target, tap the space on the screen and focus. The background is blurred and the focus is not in focus. When taking pictures of people and groups, focus on the person, not the background. When shooting the subject, touch the screen and focus.
Decide the orientation of the photo: vertical or horizontal? If you want to shoot vertically, have a smartphone as usual so that the vertical is higher. If you want to be horizontal, rotate the smartphone to the right 90 degrees so that the width is larger than the vertical width. You can rotate the photo when editing a photo with a smartphone. To do this, open the image setting and find a rotating arrow on the right (the same icon next to this item). If you click the rotating arrow once, the image should be horizontal.
By trimming the image, you can remove the background you want to cut. You can also change the aspect ratio of the image. To do so, click the caption icon that has a tail on the square. Next, drag the corner to match the part you want to enable the image.
If the color of the photo changes, the atmosphere will change. Some mobile phones have a phot o-i n-installation of photos, such as "bright, bright, hot, bright cold." You can also change the exposure, brightness, dazzling, etc. Change to create warmer and cold photos. Before holding the photo, click each parameter to display it.
Working with sharpness, clarity, and noise reduction will change the image effect, and the focus and contrast may become stronger or weaker. The texture of the image also changes.

The Hierophant appears in Taurus in May. The Hierophant is a religious leader, similar to a priest in some practices. He is the one who takes the masses to a sacred place and unites them with the divine.
In our lives, the Hierophant has the ability to represent a person who guarantees spiritual guidance or other guidance. That person can also be seen as yourself, and is called upon to lead others with the support of knowledge and light that you already have. If you have people in your life who look up to you, for example, your children or sponsors, make sure you instill the right values and instill positive wisdom in them.
Hieroglyphs still have the power to symbolize a time of returning to classical beliefs, be they cultural, religious or personal. There is a chance that you will be able to bring back lessons that will help you get through this time. Whatever you are currently pursuing, there is a good chance that you have become detached from certain attributes of your culture that would have served you well. This may also mean that you have begun to remember certain religious rituals that may have helped you in the past, such as prayer or meditation.
- Another interpretation of the hieroglyphs is an introduction to a future level of spiritual formation. It may be a time to establish a spiritual practice by incorporating rituals or studying a good teacher. This is a time to do extensive research before signing up for anything or making any decision. Make sure you have all the important information.

Oregano This herb is a must-have! Thanks to its unique aroma and various uses in cooking, oregano is a beloved herb by many. Growing oregano indoors is easy as it doesn't require any special care. When growing oregano, make sure you plant it in a sunny spot in your home: oregano loves the sun!
The base should be well prepared and the container should have good pebbles. Good pebbles do not allow the base to be very hydrated and bring water with the container with any water. To collect the oregano collection, cut it with scissors or squeeze it elementally with your hands. Adding oregano to dishes gives it a powerful taste.
Mint - one of the most refreshing herbs grown in indoor gardens. Mint can be used in cooking to make a wide range of dishes, from the famous refreshing mojito to the same salads.
Mint is a grass that has the ability to literally make all hardscapes by all standards. To make a room garden, place the mint on a sunny windowsill and water it so that only one centimeter of the soil dries. Use a luxurious soil mix and a container with good drainage that will not fail. Mint prefers to grow a certain number of fresh plants from the container as a result!
Basil is an essential for indoor gardens! It is very tasty when added to pizzas, salads and salsas. Like oregano, basil prefers full sun. Place the basil plant in a window and ensure that it receives at least 6 hours of sunlight. The more sunlight the basil plant receives, the happier it will be.
Basil plants need a lot of protection and heart medicines. It is also important to remember that basil plants avoid watering the soil and prefer to be watered when they are watered. Very large amounts of water or not enough water can cause stress to the plant. And, ultimately, the more pots or containers the plant will grow!

- The Emperor personifies active leadership and forceful direction. His masculine energy inspires protection and courage in those who allow it to influence them. He is sensitive, but not easily swept away by emotion. His confidence in himself makes his followers believe in him. In fact, he has a strong sense of organization and structure, which helps him achieve great success in all his endeavors.
- If the Emperor represents someone next to you, it may be a sign that you are being handed a good hand. Analyze the people in your life who have power - parents, bosses, coaches, etc. Are they leaders you want to follow? Do you feel calm and protected when they look after you? Make sure that the people you empower are trustworthy and pursue your interests.
- The Emperor is the father archetype, so this card is a call to you to become a father yourself. Elevate yourself as you see fit and discard habits that no longer serve you. Listen to your own advice and speak to yourself with love and patience, just as you would to a child.
- Keywords: authority, father, leadership, advice
- Selected creative works will be published in the mailing list, Creative Corner, from the next issue onwards. Don't want to call yourself by your name? You can use a pen name or come up with one.

- Let's cut your back while checking the long and unbearable winter days! Spring is already there. Wake up from hibernation and start preparing for a healthy spring. Here are three steps that you can now take straight lines to get on your track while you are in your home with a modest insulation.
Purify physical and emotional places
Self-Care Plus You
The first step to update yourself is to remove excessive excitement in physiological or sensual places.
Written by Jennyfer Osuna
What is Self-Care?
TV location: Walk in all rooms in the house and cover boxes, cupboards, closets and tables. Find your cabaders you want to release yourself and keep them in the winter. If you haven't made it yet, take out the solemn landscape and hide the Christmas card. If you keep your luggage (as you know, do not use, do not use, do not use), think about why you want to protect it or protect it.
Emotional place: Similarly, a new related skill, human relationships, and emotional space by releasing the sensory load that has been released from physical and has been carrying from the past year. It will be released. Please come to talk about what you can actually contain in a sensual project!
Exercise
Cleaning shoes
Spring is the perfect time to resume dieting and lighten sports!
- There are many ways to participate in sports while staying at home. You can try it at home, such as yoga, Pilates, and no n-heated exercises, while staying at home. If you wash it so that you do not have a good thing, it is only the fact that it is comfortable for you and your body!
- Let's incorporate new strengths and ideas this spring. Find your own creative hearts and various ways to play this spring!
Reading
Artistic: Simulation of online drawing courses, simulating vision boards, and incorporating your own home.
- Move your body: Apply for physical education, dance, and yoga online courses.
- Taro t-Card for fish symbol s-moon. This season is full of illusions. You may feel a little lost, not as you have seen. This card is meaningful because this card is a subconscious sign. Something deep in my heart is trying to convey the news to us, and our work is to listen to it. Our thoughts can appear in dreams, or may appear in the body. Are you listening to what your body is actually trying to explain? Pay attention to your own cycle and pattern. Learn how the moon cycle affects your health. For example, which is the full moon or the new moon?
Meditation
The moonlight needs to be anthropomorphic intuition, in harmony with yourself, and basically listen to what you are trying to explain your talent. This can basically mean that you need to be distracted and intentional to communicate with yourself. The moon still has the ability to symbolize your fears and how they don't care about you in your daily life. Vertex can take over the last skill and act from grudge and distrust. This month, we first invite yourself to believe in yourself to overcome your own deepest fears. The answer always comes from inside.
This card is associated with illusions and subconscious, so it is usually considered to be confusing or a period when it is not accessible to clarity. Information may appear randomly and you may receive complex signals. When you are depressed, take a deep breath. In this confusion, information leaks, and the answer comes later. Aristocracy is not bad.
Our moon moves around the earth for 28 days. Each time the stage increases, it takes many days and sometimes over the years. Become one with this energy and release your own fears and indecision when you run from the first step in your life to the next step. Like nature, we grow and expand each time. Get the new moment gracefully and love yourself in the adjustment process.
- Body: Subconscious, flare, fear, illusion
- For Valentine's Day, I bought a nice gift that I thought my wife would love. So, using the same method and example as the DIY escape game, I tried to create a mystery hunt for my wife to find the gift. I had her go to the store and I knew it would take her at least 30 minutes to get home (enough time to prepare everything).
- Set up your own personal cryptex.
A cryptex code is a small safe used to hide hidden messages. Find a set of cups, write a message on one side, and simply place a letter in each cup. This is the "unlock" position. Add other letters or characters to the cups to hide the solution. Place a small key/answer in the top cup and say "You cannot access the cups until the cipher is complete. The cups cannot be accessed until the cipher is complete.
Watch a movie or TV
Popsicle Stick Cipher
First, write a message on a line of popsicle sticks, then write the text on the top. The news can only be read if they are lined up correctly. If even one Bacillus is not in your space, the news may not be read. To guess the code, the player must guess the text.
Do something creative
Hide the News with a QR Code
QR codes can link to anything on the internet, making them a great way to hide clues in any space on the internet. Cut up a QR code (check later if it works!), hide it under things or in secret rooms, or just leave it there and wait for the player to ask, "What does this do?"
Letter hidden in a zero gravity ball
Just hide hints, keys, and prizes in the balloon. Then, put the balloon as the background as the background, and make the players think that balloons are part of the theme.

Philadelphia is known as the capital of American murals. Philadelphia ordered more than 50 to 100 murals a year as part of MURAL ARTS PHILADELPHIA PUBLIC ART PROGRAM.
At Hotel Bounce Philly, -ISOLATION & amp; amp; quarantine (I & amp; amp; Q) We recommend that you participate in creating a hotel murals restored after COVI D-19. The guest follows the staff's instructions, creates their own collage, and adds them as "bricks" in fresco.
Collage is an art work that is created by a method of bonding all kinds of materials on layers and forming a new image. The challenge of collage is the artist's sel f-expression, how to put the carva. Collage has a chance to make it from all materials that designers have the ability to make newspaper, such as photos, books, printed publications, materials, leaves. Everything depends on his creative skills!
I & amp; amp; amp; Q's guests recommend to make a collage for a specific topic of COVID-19, but guests have the chance to make collage at any topic. This guest arranged a collage about how to eat from the farm to the dishes:
Elegant painting collage:
Let's take a look at how to arrange personal collage manufacturers. What you need is magazine, paper, glue. To cut the ingredients, you can use scissors and razors. Breaking the cloth with your hands has a curiosity for this plan.
The following is the procedure for creating a collage:

After that, look at the magazine and pull out and cut all the pictures entrusted to you. Are there any cool and interesting pictures? Is there a picture that evokes fun memories? Will each illustration depicted in Covid 19 and a reminiscent of you or the subsequent life of Cavid 19?

Paste the picture on the paper. Play with a picture. Discover that one illustration has the ability to look close to another illustration, and how it looks like a picture to a friend.

Paste the picture on the paper. Spread the glue measured in the corner of the photo so that the glue does not rub! Work up from the lower layer.
{space}
Add other photos and materials that you think will excite the collage.
{space}
You can add Mod Podge to increase the degree of completeness of the collage. Apply a finished collage in a thin layer so that the picture does not fall.
There is also a recommendation:
{space}
Discard all the paper waste and processes during work.

If it is difficult to remove or cut illustrations from a magazine, cut out the entire page and cut it literally.

Don't be afraid to be very neat! The job of collage is to express yourself while having fun.

What is meditation? Meditation is the practice of calming the mind and controlling one's interests using various techniques.
- What are some examples of meditation?
- Focused meditation is a meditation image where you give yourself a space or story to relax into. In this case, try to use as many senses as possible, including smells, sights, sounds, and textures.
- Mantra meditation is a meditation pattern where you silently repeat a calming sentence, idea, or phrase to avoid distracting thoughts. One of the most popular mantras is "Om."
- Mindfulness meditation is a meditation image where you focus on your senses, such as the flow of your breath, while meditating.
- Watching TV or movies is an easy way to care for yourself during an innocent separation phase.
- Finally, being creative is another example of self-care.
- For example, write a story, draw a picture, dance, sing. Don't forget to submit images you've seen or found online that you want to recreate. You can also include things from your memory or imagination!
- "Vaccinations start tomorrow at the Liaclas Center. Go and see them."
- There were fires. There were fist fights. While I was in line, I kept thinking: I can wait. My feet hurt, my fingers were numb. I remember seeing a glimmer of hope when I saw the door.
- It was all because of the shot. It was all for a certain hope.
- ... but I'll take my crutches with me.

Mindful Eating

At the beginning of the pandemic shutdown in 2020, I struggled with shortages of formula, wipes, diapers, and food, worries about family and friends, disobedience, burglary, and struggling to hold down a job right after giving birth. I hoped that this time, nearly two years after the pandemic began, I would be in a better position than any other family, but unfortunately, I contracted COVID-19 during Family Week.
Three days before I had surgery, my son's kindergarten announced a COVID-19 outbreak, and before I could come to my senses, the whole family had a less-than-flattering outcome. This basically meant that my husband couldn't enter the clinic, and even if he did, no one would be able to take care of our offspring. My world fell apart. I had an instance where an irresponsible parent took their child to kindergarten while waiting for a COVID-19 test. They complained of fatigue and didn't have the traditional COVID-19 symptoms of fever, cough, or shortness of breath, so they didn't take any precautions. If this family had stayed indoors while waiting for the test results, the outbreak could have been prevented.
My projects for this precious moment were destroyed, for example, how I would have to accept the difficult conclusion that I would give birth to my daughter alone. Sensually, I was heartbroken, but logically, for example, I knew it would come true. I did not want to risk another person appearing in my story and contracting COVID-19. The clinic allowed me to bring one person, but in that case, he would have to stay with me for the entire stay, sharing the bathroom and living space for 3-4 days. I did not want to risk a painful confinement that I did not want to impose on my loved ones.
I packed it all day long, thinking about how to make it more positive. I brought an attractive costume for Mini Photosesia, a laptop to make a video call to relatives and friends, and my favorite sweets to get energetic. The COVID-19 did not intend to prevent me from meeting my daughter in this world. Of course, I was afraid that Cobid-19 would be complicated by Cobid-19 because I don't know how Kovyd-19 would have an effect on me and my daughter, but I answered all my questions. There was a pretty delicate midwife who accepted the best conclusions.
For the first time, an obstetrics and gynecology doctor brought Kovyde 19 from kindergarten for a week from his family to patients. Wearing masks is not recommended for children under the age of two, for example, very small children are the only children who are not wearing a mask. I am even happy that she needs my situation to help other patients to determine whether she will maintain her baby (child) from home in kindergarten, but to avoid my script Week for family.
At the clinic
At the clinic, my husband was not the same, but in the operating room, I was able to know my husband and children during the operation, and my nurse helped me shoot my daughter, so I had a special experience. Without worrying about the conditions, I was able to shoot special elements that could not be arranged in ordinary history, and the children were able to know how my sister was attracting attention. For example, I was glad that the obstetrics and gynecology doctor told me how I was placed at the clinic. Until the end, I knew what I was waiting for. < SPAN> I packed it all day long, and thought about how to make it more positive. Must Have House Plants
Written by Starlin Paulino
First economic way:
If there is a surplus color in the previous plan, take it out and use it for its original purpose. You can make an accent wall without paint that can be changed to the entire room. An accent wall is a specially noticeable wall in the room. For example, a white room is accented with a gray, blue, and yellow wall. Add one or two images to this wall. In most cases, lamps and tables, and please!
If there is no paint in the house, always buy it online and ask for a delivery, or ask a friend to help buy paint at a nearby hardware store, and leave it home while isolation and quarantine. You can do it.
Two economic options
Change your bedding and underwear in your bedroom. If you add a new bedding and pillow and add color, the bed and room will be fresh.
Merit 3:
Just changing the arrangement of furniture will greatly change the impression of the room. Combining the cushions, blankets, and pictures that are in another room will make the room with a fresh impression. < SPAN> I continued my clinic advice so that my daughter would not be infected with COVID-19. The hardest thing was to make my 20 month old son understand why I had to leave me and why I had no opportunity to meet a new sister. My son tried to find the door in my room many times, but it was useless. He had no chance to meet me while I was in the clinic for a few days, so he thought he had already been abandoned. Fortunately, I was able to leave the hospital once a day, only once a day, but it took several months to fix the impact of this family skill on my descendants. Regardless of the results of this skill, I am glad that this skill has been made more positive. Currently, I have a huge album that collects my daughter's photos, and I have a special bond with my daughter.

COVID-19 infection with bacteria does not necessarily lead to a power crisis. In many cases, the symptoms of this microorganism are hardly symptoms. If you are such a person, there is a wonderful way to kill time while staying at home.
Check out the four ideas about how to refresh your home and space without spending money.

How to Turn A Poem into Art
Written by Sherri Wayne
Just changing the arrangement of furniture will greatly change the impression of the room. Combining the cushions, blankets, and pictures that are in another room will make the room with a fresh impression.
I rented a spare bedroom that I didn't use much and remodeled it into my hobby room. This allows you to take out the luggage you used a while ago, r e-place other items, and use a limited space effectively.
Fourth economic choice:
Old furniture can be reused. If there are aging furniture and you don't know what to make. Buy a different color from the inexpensive abrasive paper and think about how to bring a new life into an old baggage.
For example, an aging closet in the bedroom can be transformed into a dressing table or a space to store photos and hobbies. You can also change the appearance by changing the existing bracket, such as a pin or knob, into another one.
In each issue of the Bulletin "Creative Corner", it introduces classes that are definitely useful and stressful for readers to extend the knot gas separation stage. This issue features a 2022 vision board, fresh poetry techniques, language games, and other puzzles.
The carefully selected creative works will be posted in the newsletter "Creative Corner" in the future. Do you want to call your name? It can be a pen name or creative.
Do you have a situation or poetry you want to convey your own experiments and roles in Cavid 19? Please let us know!

From the night before the consecutive holidays to the winter, it is time to clean up things and luggage in the house to make your work! The no n-separation split of a holiday house should not be sour, as there are many ways to express sel f-expression and solemnity.
Here are some ideas that can be practiced in no n-separated families:
Make a snowman with toilet paper:Playstreets
Don't throw away the toilet paper roll for this work! Let's use it to make a snowman by using it. Collect the toilet paper roll paper (or a clean cardboard cut) and wrap it in pure white paper like snow. If there is a button on the clothes, use it to paste it on the roll paper. With the ingredients you have, add your eyes, beak, and etiquette, and paste it on the roll. This is done! Make a snowman as you like and share with friends and lovers.
Arranging a personal solemn card:
Use your luggage at home to send the closest work and personal majesty card. If you have a drawing paper, cut it into 10 x 15cm size to make a card. Decorate the card with colored pencils, markers, and acrylic paint. In this lesson, you can create an elegant card to a familiar place, send an elegant card, and arrange someone's holidays a little special.

I am by no means a scientist, but I have a healthy respect for science, and the idea of a zoonotic virus spreading across continents filled me with anxiety I had never felt before. Create a list of important products in advance and plan a on e-week table so that you can see which parts are needed. At first, it is not easy to control impulsive shopping, but by valuing the moment in front of you, it will be easier to act along your list!
Cooking works in advance.
When you were hungry, it was easiest to eat what you need, so you can make it in advance, move or arrange a bag with snacks. When we are quite hungry, when we often grab something that we actually fall, it can be difficult for us to support health foods and arrange choices.
Express gratitude.
Dance Away the COVID Blues
Written by Sherri Wayne
This can be created in any way from food, but it is possible to start with dinner. You can be interested in the people who came to the dining table! Give me a minute to look back on how the food stands in front of you and what efforts have been paid for its production. If you like, please tell your gratitude in order.
Let's concentrate on each dish.
Eat slowly and little by little. By eating slowly, you can prevent overeating, and if you feel full, you can finish eating. Apart from this, if you eat it in a small amount, you will feel the taste of all food!
Pay attention to your feelings.
Pay attention to all the taste of food. Which part is delicious, salty, sour? What is the texture? Do you need to melt in your mouth or something more than chewing? What kind of smell does it smell during a meal? We pay attention to other parts of the body, such as the stomach and back while eating. How are you sitting? Do you feel any special emotions in your body during your meal? Such a body scan will definitely help concentrate on the real moment during a meal.
When cooking or enjoying a meal, try using one of these recommendations!

Tall, beautiful and versatile, these plants should be added to your indoor plant collection. Their vitality and flexibility allow them to survive under a variety of conditions. These plants can convey both high and low light conditions. They can go weeks without water and bloom at the same time. For best results, keep them in well-drained soil and bright light. Mix in sand or perlite to make the soil well-drained.

- Before you start talking about how to reborn poetry into art works, make sure this is a poem. Poetry is a configuration of a message that uses rhythmic languages to express impressions and emotions. Poetry has the ability to describe the situation, record memories, express desires, and distribute information. This is different from many expressions. It has the ability to combine or combine, as you try. One of my favorite Langston Hughes poems is "I Also Sing America". He talks about discrimination, patriotism, and equality.
- There are many ways to make this poem art: painting, painting, and collageing. I especially like using a website called CANVA. CANVA is a tribute to a graphic design webkate, and you can basically do anything, such as logo, T-shirts, demonstrations, videos, and information voting.
- This class is healing and I can work on my creative part. When I started the banner's production, I thought about the type of poetry and what I wanted to convey. I found frames, images, and backgrounds on Canva and practiced until the work could be published.
- This is one way to turn poetry into art. Other ways include using a full-page photo of a magazine or newspaper to add your inscription, or using decorative paper or the margins of the photo. In any case, use a pencil or marker to make the letters stand out and create a masterpiece.
Get Moving
- Do you have a favorite color? Have you ever wondered why that person is your lover? Maybe it reminds you of a favorite place, person or experience. Or maybe you just like the way it looks. But have you ever thought about how the colors of the world affect you? Many scientists are now studying this question. They are studying how different colors and lighting affect your mood, creativity, sleep quality, and even appetite. Although the studies have been conducted very recently and the results are often disputed, we believe that this is something you should be thinking about.
- People often associate these colors with food and think they increase your appetite. Having these colors around while eating might make you enjoy your meal more, but many scientists think that this might be because people associate these colors with popular restaurant logos, not the colors themselves. We remember happy times when we ate at restaurants, and we associate these colors with food. Look at restaurants and advertisements, and you'll see these colors everywhere! Other studies have shown that people really do eat less from red packs and plates! Do these colors have a similar effect on you?
Try New Things
- Blue and green: Cool colors like blue and green are opposed to their red, yellow, and orange cousins. Blue and green have been proven to have a calming effect because they reduce the frequency of heart contractions and are associated with nature. If you want to create a cozy and relaxing space, look to these colors.
- Everyone responds differently to colors, but remember that we are all connected in some way and can use it to serve our interests. Take some time to think about how you can use color in your life. I would love to hear about your connection with flowers and how you use them in your life!
- Play Streets is a program in Philadelphia that provides safe and fun play areas for children every summer. Last year (2020), my neighbors told me about it, but unfortunately I missed the deadline to submit my application. At the beginning of this year, in March 2021, I started asking my neighbors if they were interested, and they were all happy to participate, so I applied. It was May, and to my surprise, summer camps were opening up, and some parents decided to send their children to these camps for the summer. I declined to pay $400 a week for camp because I had to work from home due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
- For the solemn closing ceremony, school supplies, books, and boxes of food were distributed, and art classes were arranged for the kids. White masks were donated, so I thought that making face masks painted with ties would be a fun artistic event for the kids. Other lessons included making slime, painting self-portraits on canvas, and using large banners.

- PWB has developed through strategic partnerships with schools in the Azpira Charter Network and existing community organizations such as the larger Puerto Rico and Norris Square Neighborhood Project. PWB's programs create a non-segregating and inclusive space where students have every opportunity to share their sensory skills with a large audience of Latino/Black/Rehabilitation children living in North Philadelphia. Every year, students hold exhibitions, publish magazines, and print postcards. Several students have been interviewed for television, online news, and podcasts. By giving students paid mentoring and teaching opportunities, we increase our potential, foster student awareness, and ensure the continuity of our programs.
