Q4 Tip - Send Emails Alongside SMS If you haven't already, your inbox will be flooded with promotions one after another. And so will your customers. Start collecting cell phone numbers for texting now. But if you're going to disrupt someone's messages, don't make horrible, spammy, or just plain bad ads yourself. If your platform doesn't have the capacity to handle this, I'd look elsewhere. I maintain that Klaviyo actually fixed this. #blackfriday #klaviyo #marketing

Not everyone who sees your marketing is the same. To show the right market the news they need at the right time, we need to group similar people together in sections. When I start down the road of segmentation and move to the next step of personalization, I always try to create three initial groups: Blessed Ignorant - They don't even understand that they actually have a problem yet. Our job is to show them the best way to solve it, even if they don't yet. Running Octopus - They understand that they have a problem, that it hurts, and that they need to find a solution. Our job is to attribute what we perceive (people don't listen until they are listened to) and draw conclusions. (There's a saying that goes "Give a man a fish and he eats it once a day, but teach a man to fish and he eats it for a lifetime"). I fundamentally believe that dopamine-dependent progressive conversations are about as far as this can get. Fix my problem now, say it's not my fault, if it flips, I'll buy it again the next day, if it's too hard, it's my fault for getting into trouble, I'm going home) Stuck with choices - They understand that they have a problem, they think they understand the conclusion, but they don't have every chance to choose. "The best way to overcome an inconsistency is to bring it up in the first place." This rant was told to me by my first business coach, Chris Barrow, when I was 17. This rant came to mind when I was looking at marketing ads for new buyers. We've always been taught to perform great qualities, not features. And it works. To get someone interested, especially with something like this. But there's a gap between desire and buying. In sales, this is called an objection. Make a list of all the reasons why someone might not want to buy from you. Objections. Delivery, price, taste, ease of use, unfamiliar brand, indifference... anything is fine. There's no shame in that. Find or simulate content that responds to any of them. (If you really know, ask all your customers what it is that stopped them from buying 😉) For example.... you're so expensive. To combat this, create content that lowers your cost compared to your competitors, or create a review video that starts with the text, "For example, I'm glad I chose the premium option..." These ads got me thinking because they were all about service and excellence. It starts with the initial referral and ends with resale. The buyer stops buying at one of many tasks. Increasing the bonus from 10% to 25% will almost always result in:

We were discussing how to improve the performance of the advertising account. The productivity is very high, so especially when you have a proven winner to the test or return the campaign to training, the change will be a little anxious. After setting a simple email campaign in KLAVIYO, test two advertising hooks using the subject of the email. 15%of the list is the current hook, and 15%receive emails with a new hook. Six hours later, the remaining 70 % will receive a winner email. In this case, since it is the closest to the click rate, the statistics of the winner are opened. The next letter divides percentage savings and £ half in half. With this, you can quickly perform multiple tests without involving developers or changing budgets.

Today, we had an i n-house session to understand the profit and loss statement and forecast. It was very good that the client and the agency's perspective could be different based on the "whole picture", not the channel. I used a live case study, so I can't show all the slides, but I will introduce my favorite two!

Three costs of entrepreneurship 1️⃣ Cost of success. 2️⃣ Failure compensation 3️⃣ It costs money to succeed in the situation. Make a life event that should not be missed. I work too hard to meet the increasing demands and burn out. As the TODO list becomes shorter, it becomes boring and do something weird. Failures are expensive. I can't concentrate on my work and I don't notice. Make a mistake. Do the wrong thing, or when the right time is wrong. The situation is expensive. The tsunami rushes to the duck pond. You have done everything correctly, but the universe has another plan. However, keep in mind that the spending expenses are not forever. So, even if it is painful now, it will surely improve later. And if everything goes well, open both eyes. Notes on the application for the loan repayment. #Entrepreneurship

I took a gamble with email promotions. And got the best response in this situation 🏆 What is your unique selling point? This question is often unanswerable. Similar products, similar costs, similar markets. It's even harder when you're a small, young company. Our Brown brand is a small, young company. We're growing, but we still can't compete with the big producers when it comes to getting whole crops, making money from tropical forests, or building high schools in our corner of the world. But what I can really do is share my own situation, my own journey, and my hatred for socks as gifts. If you don't have a USP, be a guide, a sherpa, a trusted friend. Launched the Crash Rivals and built an email list? Is it worth it? Short version: Those who sign your competition are not actually the same as they are actually interested in your product. If you want to generate a competitive order, the subscriber needs to warm up the way they are completely paid. I performed a contest for Abe & amp; amp; amp; coffee's birthday and collected electric messages just before the Black Friday. It was created for this purpose to enlarge the list of e-mail address and warm up pixels for huge days. The result was wonderful. The auxiliary 1247 people are based on electrical and e-mail data within 4 penses to register within 48 hours. Regarding the operation of the competition, I recognized a lot of poems, but this was another notebook. I divided the list of members in hal f-50 % in our regular promotion category, 50 % in the service department, and then those members of the competition are "proposals" to be reborn as an actual buyer. I took an expensive content series. In both sections, the ratio of reception was much higher than the purchase or sign of our list, but in the service department, it flakes the role of competition-& amp; gt; phrase- & amp; amp; gt; content-& amp; amp; gt; Major newsletter, LTV, was much higher. Most e-mail marketing platforms we use for buyers have a chaos as chaotic, and in fact it is important to make reports and their implementation. This is our personal coffee brand data. Each sector was codeized. VIPs, buyers, rugs, skills, and static lists and distribution stops here. By doing so, you can make a strategic conclusion and sell quickly. For example, I want to send a bonus code to activate lon g-term buyers. For example, the current buyer does not need a discount. In the campaign, you can easily see your section and select them.
