I didn't expect them at first glance, like a driver's license from Curacao, but I was willing to try. I really had some luck with this website and I recently received my first personal withdrawal and they were pretty quick to verify my account as soon as I sent the documents.

The only drawback of this website is that sometimes the server loses its association with the gaming internet provider and I have to refresh the page, but this is not a big problem.

Taking all of the above into consideration, I have to admit that this casino is 100% trustworthy.

Bet limits, Withdrawal limit

Librabet offers a huge selection of sports betting, which led me to discover a new account here. But after I won from 500 euros to 10. 000 euros, they set all my limits lower, which was really nerve-wracking.

1) The bet limits for the big tournaments from 2, 000 euros to 500 euros. 2) Payouts up to 500 euros a day.

No one from them wants to talk to me about this. For example, I know that free money is not bad and it is their job to set insane limits, but once you get the huge required amount, they practically ban betting.

Good promotions but ..

They offer good promotions, 1 star, they accept cryptocurrency, 1 star, that's it. I had no problem withdrawing small amounts (say 20%) of the amount I actually deposited, but for larger amounts, I ended up going back and forth with the finance department a lot. Honestly, it's scary, but they actually paid me. They ask for all the documents in the world, find an excuse to ask more questions, and reply within 3 days every time. You have to be prepared to travel long distances to get your money.

Unjustified theft of $519

I won $480 with 20c spins and was super excited. Then the game ended by mistake. I contacted the live chat and they said my bonus expired and left no further information.

I literally deposited and announced the bonus and magically it expired less than an hour after I deposited!

The closing limits are very low. Maximum 500 euros per day. Only 3 transactions for consideration. And at most 2 payments per week. Not recommended. I have a balance of 58900 euros and 1500 euros. I've been trying to withdraw money since December 23rd. Still no success. Verification is a complete mess and withdrawal of funds remains rejected. This is a scam. They deducted over 300 euros from my account when I won and the bet was rejected. I reported this and they said this is a known issue and someone will write me back. I followed up with two messages and two days later I still haven't received a reply. I do not recommend this website and I do not trust that Google actually recommends this website. Scam! Before setting up my first deposit, I asked in chat if I would receive my winnings upon deposit. The answer was yes. Then when I set up my deposit and processed my request for a rollover, they said "an administrative decision was recently made" and I would not receive my winnings.

don't ever think to deposit any money there

I created an account because I actually wanted to try the bookmaker's prizes. Their "Rules and Conditions" stipulate that after topping up your account, you must update the 1x deposit and then ask the live chat to credit the bonus?

I placed a bet, the bet was made and I asked a question in the live chat. They basically state that the website authorities cannot give the prize to the mother for unclear reasons (I registered today) and the conclusion is irreversible. For example, I have never had an account there. For example, if you win money with this bookmaker and they make a withdrawal for you because of an "administrative decision", it is absolutely an accident.

One star is the highest rating for this fraudulent bookmaker. If you think there is a deposit there, just don't create it - send it to unfortunate children/animals or a foundation or eat it on the street.

Very naive technology. I asked to exclude 1000 euros, but they are trying to avoid this for a week. They respond within 3 days without any attention, asking again for stupid verification documents, to buy time. This company must be verified by German authorities, how it is allowed to operate in Germany for example. With other licensed companies around the world, everything is strict and basic. They make their own laws. In the near future, I will hire legal counsel, consult with buyer support, and report to the authorities. Whatever the cost, they will literally pay me the 1000 euros given, plus huge fees. DEMIS5185 is a rudimentary for information.

Very bad experience

Made my first deposit. Lost it. Asked for price. They got it. Won a prize. Asked for cash withdrawal. Borrowed for a week. Received my money. All good and not bad.

Made 2 depots. Got sullied. Asked for prize. Was told in chat that I can't get my prize. I asked why. They basically said this is the government's conclusion. He asked for base attribution. They actually said I don't have to testify against her.

Poor service, no bonus

My account was closed.

This is now the same group as campobet. Both have terrible customer service and assistance. I think the answers they highlighted were likely shared and copied.
