I logged into a Spanish website and lost a few hundred pounds. I was then told that gambling was restricted in Spain and was not directed to enter the website. But I never got my stake back. 9 August 2024Absolutely disgusting company
A totally disgusting company. They made me find my account, took £300, played half of it, then kicked me out of the game I was playing and wouldn't let me log in again. I basically stated you would return my deposit and I was under no obligation to disclose my account at all and yet you stole £140 from me. They categorically refused and simply returned what was in my balance. I have sent this matter to the Gambling Commission and ADR provider to investigate. If anyone is still struggling I would advise them to do the same!

1. When you win money it is your responsibility to figure out how to cash out first.
2. When I was playing blackjack, I decided to go all in with $350 and the dealer smirked and then got a blackjack in the same round. (video evidence)

Mr. Green is a great casino, but they are starting to lag behind the established games. This week I won $11000, but the website paid the money after a few minutes.
I wish they would add games like Big Bamboo and Return of the Razor Shark. Over the last two years Big Time Games has been releasing great stuff that Mr. Green has not added yet.
