Multilotto is serious! Email correspondence is sometimes in English. I had 1, 46 euros left and wanted to close my account. As a result, they sent me an invoice and asked me to deposit it in a known account. The payment was refused, partly because the amount was very small. Only 10 euros are paid. Other lottery operators also pay small amounts. I complained about this behavior, but the gist was that my account was deleted. There is practically no chance to get another 1, 46 euros. For example, if they did this to all users, they could make millions. Whatever the reason, the seizure of money is actually a very small amount, so it is theft!

29 March 2020I couldn't withdraw a tiny 20 Euro
I was unable to withdraw the small amount of 20 euros and they started begging me to reload the documents because I am logged into the system from another country.
I arranged everything they asked for and my documents were reapproved, but they still continued to ask me to log into the system from a state other than my home country.
Think about it. If I had a ton of money, do you think they'd make it public? Be careful what you charge.

It was quite a pain to withdraw money from this company. For example, I had to submit a ton of documents and the process was quite tedious. I use several websites but this one really made me nervous. To withdraw £10 I had to submit documents verifying my ID and address, show a perfect page of my bank statement showing my deposit balance, and show pictures of the front and back of my card which should only have 4 digits! They also want to see if it lists your sort code, account number, card validity start and end dates, and only your card number! They even ask for your signature on the back of your card! You can only prove the last 3 digits. Like I said, I have accounts on many other websites but it doesn't require you to show almost all the details! They were still learning about me why my last name is different from the last name on my passport but I had already given them my marriage certificate for verification. I happened to admit that it's easier to keep it than to replace it but why do I have the certificate. No similar questions were asked on other sites. There are many other lottery websites.
