Minnesota mom of two claims $3.1 million Lotto America jackpot
ROSVILLE, Minnesota (April 30, 2024) - On April 30, a mother of two children from Minnesota won a Lotto America jackpot to the size of $3, 100, 000.

The lucky jackpot owner won $2 playing Lotto America during a recent trip to Cub Foods in Roseville and decided to buy two more tickets. In doing so, he won much more than he ever imagined when one of his tickets matched all six winning numbers, earning him a $3, 73 million jackpot.
After checking his personal ticket on mnlottery. com on Tuesday afternoon, "I was filled with disbelief," he recalled. "I found the numbers twice and wrote to my friends and said, 'Call me,'" he said.
"I told them not to tell anyone, but you know how it goes," he said, laughing as he handed over his personal winning ticket for payment at lottery headquarters in Roseville on March 5. He chose the option to pay off $1, 780, 000 in cash and returned the next day to officially announce his win.
According to his email, he's looking forward to paying off his mortgage and being debt-free. Maybe even buying a new car," he said.
