We are sorry for the issue you are facing. Before that, we recommend that you test a wired merge instead of a wireless merge, just in case. Wireless merges cannot be played on PokerStars. Wireless connections are not recommended.
Wireless connections often suffer from packet loss and are easily disconnected. We can explain this in more detail if you would like.
If this situation occurs, we recommend that you restart your client. To restart the tournament, close PokerStars and reopen it. This will resume the merge.
