High Risk Jurisdictions and Persons
The use of Stripe offers in any transaction, solicitation, sale of products or offers is prohibited indirectly for those who are the right or prospective:
High-risk jurisdictions
Residents, or citizens of, or products or offers coming from jurisdictions that deprive for various reasons, covering legal, contractual, and paid, considered illegal, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, as well as Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk - regions.

Prohibited Uses of Stripe Products

Consumer use

International use
When applying for Stripe Issuing, it provides the location of the company, the address of the substantial owner, and the registered judicial jurisdiction in Stripe. Lending use

Other abusive use
Other abuse of Stripe Issuing:

Noncompliance
