Senior Executives
Mr. Cordish is Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Cordish Companies.
He received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Humanities from The Johns Hopkins Institute. He received his J. D. from The Maryland Institute Lawyer. He has had a career in law, government and business. He served as Director of the Urban Education Grants Program in both the Carter and Reagan Administrations.
Mr. Cordish has served on numerous state, city and district boards, with professors, public and charitable organizations. He has served as a social-based consultant for The Johns Hopkins Institute, Loyola Institute of Maryland, Stevenson Institute and other non-profit organizations. Mr. Cordish is the recipient of the Johns Hopkins Real Estate Program's Leadership Award, the Greater Baltimore City League's David M. Sampson Award, the Urban Land Institute's Baltimore Wavemaker Award and the Daily Record Award. Mr. Cordish has received numerous other local and state awards.

Mr. Cordish has over 25 years of experience financing and managing high growth companies in real estate, gaming, global information resources and technology. He joined The Cordish Companies in 2001 as Money Director and has since overseen the firm's funds and markets. He managed the financing of all of Cordish's gambling and real estate programs.
Prior to joining Cordish, Mr. Cordish was a Managing Director of Riggs Capital Partners, a private investment firm in Washington and the District of Columbia. In 1994, Mr. Cordish co-founded Seventh Art Releasing, Inc., a distributor of media products, and served as Managing Director of the company from 1994 to 1997. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Seventh Art Releasing, Inc. Mr. Cordish received his MBA from the Wharton School and completed his undergraduate studies at the Brandeis Institute. He lives in Baltimore, Maryland. In pursuit of philanthropy, he sits on the board of directors of the Friends of Gemin Hoard, serves on the board of directors of the Kordish Home Fund, and is actively involved with many Baltimore charities.

Mr. Cordish currently resides in Baltimore, Massachusetts with his wife and three children. He is a Trustee of Johns Hopkins University and is involved in various philanthropic and community activities.

Mr. Cordish received his bachelor's degree from Princeton University, where he received the William Roper Award for Excellence in Academic Achievement, Excellence in Sports and Excellence in Athletic Training. Mr. Cordish took a year and a half off to serve in the White House as Assistant to the President of the Trump Administration. Prior to joining Cordish Companies, Mr. Cordish was a world-class professional tennis player on the Association of Tennis Professionals tour. He is also a trustee of the Johns Hopkins Hospital, a trustee of the National Medal of Honor Museum, and a founding member of the National Leadership Council. Mr. Cordish lives in Baltimore, Maryland with his wife, Maggie, and their three children.
