Atlantic City, NJ - June 27, 2024 - Visit Atlantic City and the Atlantic City Sports Commission continued their strong second quarter with 56 events, conventions and meetings booked, attracting 50, 884 visitors and a total economic impact of 63, 503. Popular events are slated for this summer, including the Jimmie Johnson Atlantic City Fishing Week Quest for the Ring (JJFISHWEEKAC), the New Jersey Cannabis Conference (NECANN), the Visit Atlantic City Air Show and the Outdoor US Pool Championships.

Conventions, meetings and events in Atlantic City in the third quarter
The New Jersey Bar Exam will be held at the Atlantic Convention Center on July 30-31. The exam is for law school graduates seeking admission to the New Jersey Bar and tests general legal principles, legal analysis and communication skills. The event attracted 1, 400 attendees, booked 83 rooms and is expected to generate $347, 061 in economic impact.
The 5th Annual New Jersey Cannabis Conference (NECANN) will be held September 6-7 at the Atlantic City Convention Center. The event will bring together the largest and most comprehensive cannabis industry audience of any event in the Northeast, generating new connections and customers. The event is expected to attract 3, 000 attendees, 250 overnight guests and generate $864, 746 in economic impact.
The Atlantic City Elevator Sales Open House will be held from September 11 to 12 at the Atlantic City Convention Center. With over 300 suppliers participating and offering fresh products and the best offers, the event is considered a must-attend event for the gardening industry. The event is expected to attract 2, 200 guests, 1, 053 overnight guests, and generate $1, 728. 160 in economic impact.
The State Elevator Contractors Association 2024 Conference will be held from September 23 to 26 at the Atlantic City Convention Center, showcasing the latest technology and releases in the lift industry. There will be educational sessions to enhance industry knowledge and networking skills, and the exhibition event will feature over 200 exhibits. Farley State Pier at the Golden Nugget Casino, Hotel & Marina.
