Basic Information

In Norse mythology, Yggdrasil (also called Yggdrasil, Mima-meisir, Lætr, Hodomimis-holt, see below) - a large, stretching axis that connects the nine worlds. Inhabitants

The Nine Worlds

The fact that Igdrasil is connected to the nine worlds is described in some ancient Nordic poems, but not all poems have clearly and comfortably all nine worlds. Igdrasil has three more names.
